FULL IMMERSION IN THE RIVER
HYDROSPEED: SWIM IN WATER!
Hydrospeed is a type of “river bob” to stretch out on and be carried by the current; wearing a thick neoprene wetsuit and flippers in order to move. Hydrospeed is an activity practised by an ever-growing number of freshwater- and adventure-lovers. X Raft proposes two types of Hydrospeed with guided descents, or a course lasting more days on the Noce River; the first approach must be safe and gradual, but the simplicity of Hydrospeed management allows the person to take on almost immediate river adventure.

TO BEGIN
After a brief theory lesson, there are explanations on how to use flippers in calm water , after which there will be the first guided descent along a section of the Noce river with an expert guide. There will be numerous rest stops.
Even if it is a safe, small group activity for everyone, it is advisable to have some prior experience in water and/or feeling with water. The sections of the river used for hydrospeed activities can vary according to the seasons – depending of the river’s water level and sections chosen according to the participant’s swimming skills. The latter is chosen by the Guide.
